Going deeper…Nippon Kaiko
Our former company, Murakami Marine Industries was established in August 1926, to rescue ships from disasters. Since then, during and after the war, based in Kobe, Murakami factory had been creating routes and salvaging of sunk vessels as our main business.
To contribute to storm surge countermeasures after the Isewan typhoon, our business expanded to maritime ground improvement. Our social infrastructure business began through development of ports and coastal construction.
Here we introduce “Aqua Drone Robosen,” one of our current products for marine development. Robosen is an autonomous navigation robot with fourr hulls.
Each hull has an individual propeller and wheel for turning, assist automatic navigationn.
Has been tested at several locations such as an oyster farm in Nanao port of Ishikawa prefecture, and a sea urchin farm in Hichirippuuma of Hokkaido.
Expected to be operated on the aquaculture farms, marine work sites dam lakes in the future.
We will continue our technological development, striving to make the impossible to possible with our adventurous spirit.
